Transition Town Chelsea will hold a pot luck and meeting that explores local food on Monday, Feb. 16, at 6:30 p.m. at the Chelsea Senior Center.
Stephanie Willette, the new market manager for the two Chelsea Farmers Markets has been invited to speak.
In addition to an update on the markets, she will talk about Washtenaw County Food Policy, the food system in our county, and the role of local food. Willette may also talk about her farm as well.
The potluck portion starts at 6:30 p.m., and the presentation is expected to begin at about 7:15 p.m.
If you plan to attend the potluck portion, please bring a dish to pass and your own place settings.
