Lehman and Scheffler Real Estate Services held at open house for their new downtown business Thursday night.The 2014 Chelsea Citizen of the Year Rick Eder, Tammy Lehman, and the 2013 Chelsea Citizen of the Year were in the house at the Lehman and Scheffler Real Estate Services Open House at their new offices above the Common Grill on July 24.
