On Memorial Day, Monday, May 27 the annual parade downtown will begin at 10 a.m.
Participants will gather in the municipal parking lot downtown, and the parade route will be south on Main Street, east on Park Street, north on East Street, and east on Middle Street and continue into Oak Grove Cemetery where a ceremony will take place.
The parade and ceremony with a speaker to honor veterans at Oak Grove Cemetery is hosted by the Herbert J. McKune American Legion Post 31.
Following the ceremony, there will be a pig roast at the American Legion Post, 1700 Ridge Road.
