The week of June 30, the Washtenaw County Road Commission will resurface Parker Road from Marshall Road to Shield Road in Scio and Lima townships. The road work is expected to take 2-to-3 days to complete.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane and regulated by a flagging operation while work is ongoing.
Daytime delays are likely when work is occurring, according to the press release.
As always, this work is weather dependent.
“To maintain the safety of road crews, motorists are asked to be especially mindful of construction equipment and personnel and reduce speeds accordingly,” the press release said.
