Lane Animal Hospital and its current services

We know that our pets are an important part of our families and Lane Animal Hospital and its staff are doing everything possible to assist you and your pet during these ever-changing times.

The Lane Animal Hospital online pharmacy, available to place orders 24/7 with zero human to human contact.

Through the LAH MyVetStoreOnline you are able to order medications and pet food, both prescription and over-the-counter, and even toys, treats and other items for your furry family members.

All prescription items require doctor approval, and orders will be completed within 24-48 hours. Monthly automatic refills can also be requested for both food and medications.

Shipping is free on all orders over $38, and shipping is already included in the cost for autoship items like diets and our Easy Dose It program for single doses of your pet’s prescriptions. Shipping has typically been an estimated 3-5 business day, but with the drastic increase in order deliveries we are hearing this estimate may increase.

Our online pharmacy is not the most user friendly at times, we understand, but with a little patience or calling us for help it can be a really great resource right now and also a great way to save money as the prices are typically 10-30 percent less than in hospital due to the efficiency the warehouses can fill these orders vs in the hospital.

Also remember for more money saving, all manufacturer guarantees and rebates still apply on products purchased through our online store!

An update on LAH operations.
At this time, we now have some team members on self quarantine due to travel, some due to compromised immune systems, and some for concern with their families. Please continue to be patient with us as we are trying our best in this extreme circumstance. We are taking all the precautions we can with sanitizing, as well as hygiene and personal protective equipment for our staff. Please bear with us as we try to accommodate all of our patients right now.

You can also check the animal hospital’s website here.

Please see the updates outside the building on the doors for the most up to date information on temporary protocol changes.

We must insist at this time no children or anyone exhibiting illness symptoms enter our building.  We are here for you and your pets, please call us and we are happy to work with you – providing car side service to bring your pet in, while allowing you and your children or ill clients to stay safely in your vehicle.

We always offer drop off for pets to be examined and treated, we can accommodate this as well with car-side service please discuss with our team when you call to schedule or before you arrive for an appointment. We are also always happy to bring out medications and food to the car as well for clients! Just give us a call to refill your prescription or place a special order, they can be paid for over the phone after the doctor has approved.

As always, Lane Animal Hospital remains committed to the pets we treat, the clients who have been so loyal to us, our staff and their families, and the community of Chelsea. Please reach out to the hospital directly with additional questions and concerns. We are hopeful, that with appropriate precautions and safety measures, will stay healthy and safe.
