Eagle Scout Jordan Jedele received a proclamation from the Chelsea City Council Monday night for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.
Chelsea’s newest eagle planned and implemented a project that resulted in a new tennis wall at Beach Middle School where he oversaw 44 volunteers who logged 233 hours to complete the community service project.
He told Mayor Melissa Johnson that he’s always liked to play tennis but at times it’s hard to find someone to play with. The wall provides an opportunity to still play.
