1. How about posting on the side of the recycle containers in letters large enough to be read from 10 feet away the rules for what can and cannot go in the recycle containers? When I talk to different people there seems to be some confusion on this point. Do glass jars have to be washed and labels removed? What kind of plastic is permitted? You get the point, I get the idea some of what you call trash is people not understanding the rules, because different recycling have different rules, what are yours.
