This week’s Chelsea Police blotter includes a Christmas Eve report of an assault that resulted in the arrest of a 53-year-old Jackson woman who hit her mother with a stapler.
According to the police report, the victim told officers that her daughter was drunk and when her mother tried to talk to her about her intoxication, the suspect picked up a stapler and began hitting her mother with it.
