Patricia Barbara Fancy of Chelsea, Michigan, formerly of Farmington Hills, age 86, died Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at University Living in Ann Arbor.
She was born September 4, 1937, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, the daughter of William Jeffery and Helen Jean (Maek) Perry.
Pat was a member of the American Bar Association and had a productive career as an attorney for Barris, Sott Denn & Driker, GM, and Comerica Bank. She earned an undergraduate degree in Journalism and her law degree, both from Wayne State University. She was a dual citizen of the U.S. and Canada. She was passionate about nature and gardening, cats, travel, and ice skating. Pat had a great love of reading. She lived at Silver Maples of Chelsea until March of 2023.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, December 10, 2023, 4:00 p.m. at Cole Funeral Chapel in Chelsea. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
