On Wednesday, Sept. 21, the Lima Township Neighborhood Watch group will meet at Township Hall at 7 p.m.
Organizers expect the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office to be represented to give a report and updates.
The township would like to thank Sandy Goetz for her service as the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator said Township Supervisor Craig Maier.
However, a new coordinator is needed, Maier said, and anyone interested should attend the meeting and speak to him. He said this person organizes two meetings a year.
He also suggested that township residents sign up for the free Nixel alerts.
