Two more Wednesday outdoor Chelsea Farmers Markets.
Come visit this Wednesday for pumpkins and gourds, apples and cider, and a variety of colorful vegetables, fruits, and flowers.
You’ll find fresh baked breads, cookies, and cakes, seasonings, herbs, eggs, and honey.
The Chelsea Outdoor Farmers Markets is located at the Chelsea State Bank parking lot, 1010 S. Main St., near the corner of Old US-12 and M-52 and runs from 1-5 p.m.
There is a regional (Chelsea, Grass Lake, Manchester and Stockbridge) food assistance program to help get healthy market food on the tables of those in need. It’s aimed at folks who don’t quite meet SNAP criteria. Be sure to inquire at the market.
