The new Sylvan Township Board is hosting a meet and greet for township residents on Sunday, Dec. 9 from 2-4 p.m. at Township Hall.
“The new Sylvan Township Board would like to invite you to a meeting n’ greeting for all township residents so we can get to know each other, listen to any concerns, hopefully supply some answers and have a festive gathering,” according to information about the event.
The board has invited State Rep. Gretchen Driskell, D-Saline, County Commissioner Kent Martinez-Kratz and the Chelsea City Council.
There will be some light treats “for everyone to enjoy that Santa will be bringing,” the information states.
