The Nest Cocktail Bar & Kitchen on the 129-acre Robin Hills Farm property, recently opened as Chelsea’s newest restaurant.
The team at Robin Hills Farm is pleased to announce the grand opening of their newest venture, dubbed the Nest Cocktail Bar & Kitchen, which is now open at 20390 M-52 in Chelsea. The restaurant is committed to providing made from scratch food and handcrafted cocktails using only the freshest ingredients.
The restaurant is open for dinner Thursday through Saturday with Sunday brunch, serving a farm-inspired menu of classic American fare with seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms.
The Nest Cocktail Bar & Kitchen at Robin Hills Farm is committed to being a place for the community to eat, drink, and play. The restaurant’s warm, modern interior features a dining room, bar area, two private rooms, and additional seating on a large outdoor patio.

The Nest’s menu features nostalgic Midwest cuisine, like poutine and smashburgers, alongside creative cocktails like the “Chelsea Famous.” All items are neatly presented and made in house.

Beyond its growing reputation as the premier cocktail bar in the area, the Nest also hosts live music, comedy nights, and weekly trivia.
