The Chelsea Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 20 at 7 p.m. via zoom to hear comments on the city’s new draft zoning ordinance.
Following the public hearing, if the Planning Commission recommends approval of the ordinance, it will be reviewed at the May 3 City Council meeting on the first reading and again on May 17 for a second reading.
During both of these meetings, there will be public comment at the beginning of the meeting for those interested in offering comments.
