Art Dils Jr. passed away at his home on Saturday, April 15, 2017 at the age of 84.
Dils was an enthusiastic supporter of the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce serving on the Board of Directors from 1999-2005; sitting as president of the Board in 2003 and 2004.
A recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award in 2008, he presented Art Finger with the same award last October.
