There’s a new option this month for your planting and fresh produce needs – the outdoor Saturday Chelsea Farmers Market.

The market runs from 8 a.m.-1 p.m. at Palmer Commons at 304 S. Main St., and there is parking next to the market as well as across the street in the municipal lot.

Bring your shopping bags and load up on fresh fruits and vegetables, honey, eggs, jam, breads, cakes, cookies, and a variety of crafts. It’s a great place to get your Mother’s Day gifts as well.

Stop by the kid’s booth this week and learn how to make tart tin coasters.

To learn more about what to expect each week at the farmers markets, visit the website at www.chelseafarmersmkt.org, visit the Chelsea Farmers Market Facebook page, or e-mail [email protected].
