The Chelsea Soccer Club U11 Boys Blue Soccer Team won the U11 Boys Red Division of the Canton Cup Memorial Weekend Soccer Tournament in Canton on May 25.
The team’s record for the tournament was 3-0-1.
They played the Plymouth Reign 03 White team in the championship match and won 4-2 after being tied 2-2 at the end of the regulation game. Two 5-minute overtime periods followed as well as a 5 on 5 shoot-out.

The team really enjoyed their victory this year since they have been runners-up in this same tournament the last couple years.
The Boys U11 Blue soccer team is coached by Kevin Kretschmer and managed by Dwayne McKenzie.
