At the Oct. 10 Lima Township Board meeting, it was decided to continue accepting bids for two different services.
One bid is for a web designer. The board voted unanimously not to take any action yet. Board members want to review all the submissions before making a decision.
The board also voted unanimously not to take action yet on choosing a payroll processing service. Board members would like to receive at least one more bid in addition to the two current bids.
The board also voted not to take action on amending the Off Premises Business and Home Occupation Ordinance pending compilation of all the documentation.
The board did unanimously approve revising a settlement motion from Aug. 8 to pay township resident Twinkle Beach for landscaping. The work was completed, and Beach paid for it. Board members agreed that the invoice and receipt should be provided to the township prior to disbursement of a check.
