Pioneer Day seeking donations for farm wagon sale

Calling all bakers and farmers.

Please consider donating to the farm wagon for Pioneer Day on Sunday, Oct. 13 from noon-5 p.m. at 13493 Waterloo Munith Road in Grass Lake Township.

All sales benefit the Waterloo Area Historical Society.

Share your talents and bring your pies, vegetables, breads, squash, eggs, jams, granola, vinegars and anything else from your kitchen and farmyard for our annual sale at the Farm Wagon on Pioneer Day.  Also remind your friends and neighbors that all donations are appreciated.

Drop off donations:  Saturday, Oct. 12 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at the Hannewald Barn on the Waterloo property.

Sunday, Oct. 13, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Farm Wagon Tent

Contest pies must be received by Sunday, Oct. 13 before 11:30 a.m.

Admission to this special day is $5 for adults and $2 for children ages 5-12 years, children under 5 years are free.
