For the second year in a row, Rick Taylor was awarded the #1 individual Realtor with the Charles Reinhart Company during the company’s annual awards banquet on Feb. 15 at Barton Hills Country Club.
In an ever-changing industry, Taylor says he stays ahead of the game through his commitment to market research and use of innovative marketing techniques.
“I firmly believe results matter,” he says, adding, “Whether using aerial drones for property listings, or connecting clients to new homes within minutes of coming on the market, my approach is designed to arm clients with the information necessary to make the best decisions.”
Taylor has been recognized through numerous awards and is ranked among the top 1 percent in sales among the more than 1 million realtors across the county.
“There isn’t a day that goes by when I don’t ask myself ‘How can I be a better Realtor?’ Taylor says, adding, “Not for my own needs, but how I can better serve my client’s needs through advocacy, the highest standards of professionalism and empathy?
“I know if I put my client’s needs ahead of my own financial gain then the money will follow. Advocacy, to me, isn’t just a word. It’s a way of life; both in my professional and personal life. The greatest reward I get in my profession is when retired Realtors within and outside our company ask me to represent them. It just doesn’t get any better than that.
“I would like to public to know that I’m a Realtor that can be trusted through and through,” he says.
The Charles Reinhart Company was founded in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1971.
