Welcome to the 83rd Annual Chelsea Community Fair.

Tonight we pay tribute to Lenard McDougall. He served our country proudly as a Marine and law enforcement officer for 50 years. Twenty of those years were as the Chief of Police for the City of Chelsea. He was also a member of the Post #31 of the American Legion and a great friend of the Chelsea Community Fair.

With us to honor our friend are the members of his family and members of the Chelsea Police and Fire Department and HVA.

Please stand as the members of the Legion Post #31 raise our flag with a salute to our friend known most commonly as Chief.

Here to sing our National Anthem is Ben Morris.
