Nov. 11: Alligators and their reptile relatives at the Discovery Center

There will be two opportunities on Nov. 11 to meet alligators and their reptile relatives at the Gerald E. Eddy Discovery Center.

The first chance will take place between 1:30-2:30 p.m. and the second will take place from 3-4 p.m.

This is a hands-on presentation of live reptiles from the Critchlow Alligator Sanctuary. Visitors will have the opportunity to see large and small alligators up close along with other intriguing reptiles.

Learn about the fascinating characteristics of these creatures and how they survive in the wild.

Cost: $2/person or $5/family.

Gerald E. Eddy Discovery Center, 17030 Bush Road in Sylvan Township.
