1. Many of you probably remember a couple of years ago when there was a discussion/complaint about the noise level in Chelsea. I don’t believe that issue ever got completely resolved because I still hear loud sounds especially during the evening and overnight hours.

   I really don’t understand why the company should be allowed to install and use mechanical equipment that exceeds the maximum allowable noise intensity. Isn’t that why there is a noise ordinance in the first place?
