Chelsea Police reported this week that they arrested a 19-year-old Chelsea man on a suspicion of driving under the influence after he was pulled over for only one working headlight.
“A visual inspection of the interior of the vehicle noted a cigarillo type cigar, some plastic sandwich bags, and what appeared to be a marijuana stem lying on the passenger side front seat of the vehicle,” the police report states.
