Lisa Baleja named Chelsea State Bank’s new Dexter branch manager

Chelsea State Bank recently announced the addition of Lisa Baleja to their branch management team. Baleja will manage the Dexter Banking Center replacing Dave Klumpp who retired in August.

“We are very excited to have Lisa join our team,” said Chelsea State Bank President and CEO John Mann. “Lisa comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in branch management, human relations, and customer satisfaction. She brings a tremendous depth of customer relations expertise to our community bank,” he said.

Baleja joined Chelsea State Bank as Dexter Branch Manager in August 2014. She has over 7 years of managerial experience in the competitive retail banking industry. Before joining Chelsea State Bank,

Baleja served as Branch Manager at Charter One Bank in Pinckney, Mich. She also has several years of experience in retail management and human resources.

Baleja holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from the University of Michigan Dearborn. She and her family reside in Dexter.
