Chelsea State Bank is pleased to announce its partnership with Monica Juleff at Liberty Title and Julie Slusser at Reinhart Realtors to host a First-Time Homebuyer Seminar Wednesday, April 13 to help individuals and families learn how to become a first-time homeowner.

“Owning a home is still an American dream. So often the process can get overwhelming when considering down payments, credit scores, loan approvals and more. In our First-Time Homebuyer Seminar, we review all the issues that can keep people from reaching their homeowner dreams, and address ways to overcome challenges and prepare to become homeowners,” she said.
The First-Time Homebuyer Seminar will take place at the Main Office at 1010 S. Main Street in Chelsea. Check-in with refreshments begins at 5:30 p.m. and the Seminar at 6 p.m.
