At the Saturday Farmers’ Market on July 6

hanging-basketscherriesIf you want sweet cherries, be sure to get them this week at the Saturday Farmers’ Market, which takes place on July 6 from 8 a.m.- noon.

Although tart cherries will be around longer, the sweet cherries are winding down and the red raspberries are now in. Find them at Kapnick’s Orchard. And, blueberries and peaches are expected later this month.

More and more vegetables are coming in, so be sure to see what all the farmers have to offer this week.

At the non-profit table, the Friends of the Library and the Red Cross will be promoting a blood drive and book sale, which takes place on July 13. Stop by the table for more information from Jennifer Kundak.

This week’s music is by  Brad Stect and begins at 10 a.m.
