Many residents have received Welcome Emails from [email protected] . If you have not received an email, please make sure you have visited this website to submit your contact information and authorization to transfer phone service (if subscribed to Phone service) https://acd.net/lyndontownship/
Some residents are receiving shut off notices from MEC.
Some of these notices may have been sent in error. Others are the result of MEC sending automated shut off notices to those who have not paid their final bill.
When calls have been made to MEC to clarify this situation, people are being informed to return their equipment to MEC. DO NOT return any equipment. The equipment is owned by the township and will be used to provide service with our new provider ACD.
Thank You,
Lyndon Broadband Oversight Committee
