Aug. 15-16: Chelsea High School music department rummage sale

(Chelsea Update would like to thank Susie Catherman for the information in this story.)

The Chelsea High School Music Department is making a trip to New York City in March to perform at Lincoln Center and is holding a rummage sale Friday and Saturday, Aug. 15-16, during which 100 percent of the proceeds will be used to offset the cost of the trip for the kids.

The sale will take place at the Washington Street Education Center (WSEC) cafeteria from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 15 and from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16.

If anyone has any items that they would like to donate to sell, they can be dropped off at the WSEC cafeteria on Thursday, Aug.  14 from 2:30-8 p.m. All items must be pre-priced.
