7th grade blue recap
The 7th grade blue football team lost to Monroe 24-0 Tuesday.
Excellent effort at the wide receiver position was Alex Miller and an awesome reception from Bryce Woody.
Jacob Hackett played well on the line. Tristan Fern played tough and stepped up in some big spots.
Josh Corcoran had some crushing tackles, and Sam Clifton really blocked well.
Logan Conley was key on defense. Luke Szpara was a force on defense, along with Logan Kilyanek.
Matt Harris provided pivotal blocks on offense.
The Blue team looks to improve against Dexter next week.
7th grade gold recap
The 7th grade gold team traveled to Saline and was defeated 36-0. After a sluggish first half, the dogs stepped up their game and competed hard during the second half.
Cody Cox stepped up big with hits on defense and showed great toughness running the ball.
Gus Herter made several big catches from quarterback Caden Basar and Brock Koch ran the ball well for the dogs.
Quentin Carradine showed outstanding effort on offense, defense, and special teams.
Caleb Fitch had a tremendous game at center.
