Beach Middle School volleyball teams finishing season strong

7 Gold
The 7th grade gold volleyball team concluded its season with a match win vs Lincoln after winning all 3 sets, 25-16, 25-15, and 25-22.

Leading scorers for the match were Annabelle Jaynes, Madeline McKale, and Avery Lay.

Paiton Doyle, Amy Budd, Lily Hansen, Maggie McKale also contributed to the Dawgs serving points.

Shea Hephner had a nice dig and nice tip as well as good overall play on the court. Maggie McKale had a nice attack hit and Jane Eberhardt provided a nice tip, too. These players finished the season strong and worked hard each week to grow and develop as a team.

7 Blue
The 7th grade blue volleyball team got an exciting win at Lincoln Monday night.

The team lost the first set 15-25 and then came back to win the 2nd set 25-17. The 3rd set went back and forth but ended with the Bulldogs on top 26-24 on a blistering serve from Emily White that Lincoln was unable to return.

Other great serves were turned in by Kylie Beckel, Elleri Maute, Alaina James, Luna Matteocci, Ellie Kuck, Jazmine Ropp and Addi Kennedy.

Megan Sherry had some great plays at the net.

8 Blue
The 8th grade blue volleyball team split with Lincoln 25-15, 10-25, 20-25.

The team played well, and this is the time in the season that as a coach, I would like three more weeks.

This 8th grade blue volleyball team always strived to bring it every game.

8 Gold
The 8th grade gold volleyball team finished off its season with a win against Lincoln Monday night 25-19, 9-25, 25-21 and ended the season with a 7-4 record. The first set included highlights from Charlotte Diesing and Katie Jedele for great serving and awesome digs.

Jenna Ouellette, Sasha French and Carley Grabaraczyk had some well-placed tips to help the win.

The second set featured Rory Mickle with a good hit and Allie Schumann with a save.

The final set saw great serving from Jedele and Tori Parisho.

Grace Ratliff had two back row saves and Ouellette set up Madison Morgan for a hit from the front.
