The Beach Middle School girls and boys cross country teams ran very well at the Jackson Invitational Saturday. Many runners set goals for their race and met or exceeded them. Coaches are proud of their performances.
The girls placed 2nd out of 12 teams. Standout performances for the girls include Emily Rosolowski and Sarah Kennings who both dropped 2 min 40 seconds from their last time. Mallory Bee also contributed to the girls score by running one of her best races.
The boys placed 4th out of 14 teams. Standout performances for the boys included Gabe Freyre and Trevor Ackley dropping previous times by two minutes. Kiegan Cavett improved his time by four minutes from his last race. Also, Jaron Inneilli‘s inspired performance helped the boys team place in the top 5 at the invitational.
