Boy Scout Troop 425 honored by Chelsea City Council (with slide show)

In celebration of the 90th birthday of Boy Scout Troop 425, Chelsea honored the group with a special proclamation at the City Council meeting on March 21. In addition, the scouts led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America.
