The Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to once again, facilitate the 2017 Chelsea Area Citizen of the Year and Lifetime Achievement Awards.
Anyone can nominate a deserving person from the Chelsea Community in person, by fax or by email.
Those folks will be honored at an awards ceremony that will take place on Thursday, Oct. 26 at the Comfort Inn Village and Conference Center.
