Chelsea Area Fire Authority Recognized for Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest Partnership

At the October Chelsea Area Fire Authority (CAFA) monthly meeting, Chelsea Fire Chief Rob Arbini was presented a plaque from Steven Dowker. 

The plaque was awarded for CAFA’s involvement in an initiative sponsored by University of Michigan Medicine. 

Dowker is a Research Area Specialist Associate involved in M-RISE (Michigan Resuscitation Innovation Science Enterprise – a University of Michigan & Oakland University Collaboration).

He presented the plaque to recognize CAFA’s partnership to improve care and outcomes for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest in Washtenaw and Livingston Counties.
