Registration is now open for After School Art Clubs, which meet at Beach Middle School, North and South elementary schools. The $99 tuition includes materials, snacks and beverages.
Classes at Beach Middle School for 6th-8th graders, begin Jan. 15 and run through March 5. They take place on Wednesdays, from 3-4:20 p.m. Kathy Gunderson is the instructor.
Classes at South Meadows for 3rd-5th graders begin Jan. 16 and run through March 6. They take place on Thursdays from 3-4:20 p.m. and are taught by Janet Alford.
Classes at North Creek for grades K-2nd take place from Jan. 15-March 5. Each Wednesday from 3-4:20 p.m. and are taught by Jennifer Thompson.
In addition, a ceramics class for those 16 years old and older, begins on Jan. 18 through March 8 and takes place on Saturdays from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Kristine Haddox will teach the eight classes that are $185 plus $10 per 12 pounds of clay.
Also, there will a class for adults called “Drawing For Those Who Don’t” beginning Jan. 18-March 6 on Thursdays, from 1:15-3:15 p.m. taught by Kathy Gunderson, The eight classes are $185.
