On Feb. 29, the Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for new business Devil’s Haircut, which opened earlier in the month at 1250 South Main St. Suite 3A.
Owned by Lynae MacLellan, visitors who brought an old hair product or hair brush had them donated to Ann Arbor SafeHouse Center and received a 10 percent discount on their first product purchase.
