Chelsea Chiropractic Center is asking for donations of hams for the holidays for families assisted by Faith in Action.
“With your help, we can alleviate some of the hunger in our community,” says Dr. Jim Duncan in a flyer about the event.
This is the third or fourth year that chiropractic center has collected hams for food baskets that will be distributed this month by Faith in Action.
Hams can be dropped off through Monday, Dec. 17 at the chiropractic center offices, 901 Taylor St. Suite C, during the following hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9:30 a.m.-noon, 1:30-6:30 p.m., Tuesday from 8 a.m.-noon and Friday from 9:30 a.m.-noon, 1:30-5:30 p.m.
Any size ham is helpful and Faith in Action hopes to fill about 80 baskets this year.
