This week, former equestrian showmanship champions at the Chelsea Community Fair were honored with the unveiling of a new board inside the horse barn.
“We would like to give a big thank you to Dave Lisch for all the woodwork and Dorothy Edwards of First Place Trophy for the metal plates,” said Lucy Roderick, a superintendent for the horses at fair.
