With the annual 82nd annual Chelsea Community Fair Parade about two weeks away, have you contacted the Chelsea Area Fire Authority for a float permit?
This year’s parade will take place Saturday, Aug. 24 beginning at 1 p.m.
Participants may begin lining up no earlier than 10 a.m.
