Chelsea Community Fair: it all begins a week from today

Below are some photos from last year’s fair to get you in the mood for all the amazing events that will take place throughout the week at the 82nd Chelsea Community Fair.

Photo by Lisa Allmendinger. There will be 19 steer entered, which arrive on Monday, Aug. 19, and they show on Wednesday after the feeder calf judging, which begins at noon.

Photo by Burrill Strong. The Chelsea Community Fair parade on Aug. 24 is one of the week’s highlights. It begins at 1 p.m.

The lamb show gets underway on Wednesday, Aug. 21 at 6 p.m. Expect to see about 50 sheep show.
