Chelsea Community Hospital to host Affordable Care Act town hall discussion

CCH-March-11-postcard-&-email-invite-(3)-FINAL-1Chelsea Community Hospital (CCH) is pleased to host a free panel discussion, “The Affordable Care Act and Its Impact on Individuals and the Business Community” on Tuesday, March 11, from 6-8 p.m.  Refreshments will be served.

Members of the panel include Michigan State Senator Rebekah Warren, Michigan State Rep.Gretchen Driskell, Kevin Sears, CHE Trinity Health vice-president of Payer and Product Innovation, Tina Grant, CHE Trinity Health vice-president of Public Policy and State Advocacy, James Mitchiner, MD, Washtenaw County Medical Society Legislative Committee Chair, and Dustin Krasny of U. S. Congressman Tim Walberg‘s office.

The discussion will be moderated by Nancy K. Graebner, CCH president and CEO.

“This is an opportunity for business owners, hourly employees who work for smaller employers, and anyone with concerns to ask questions about how to optimize their benefits under the Affordable Care Act,” said Graebner in a press release, adding, “We want to bring together the community and knowledgeable public policy advocates to discuss expanding access to health care and new insurance options.”

The event will be held in the hospital’s Atrium Conference Room located inside the main entrance beyond the lobby and café.

Parking will be available outside the Atrium Entrance in front of the new hospital.
