The Chelsea Farmers Market outdoor season has ended, but the online/pickup market continues, and there’s a great selection being offered by many of your favorite vendors.
You have from Monday through Thursday at 6 p.m. to order online at the website https://openfoodnetwork.net/chelsea-farmers-market/shop.
Pickup will occur every Saturday through Saturday, Dec. 19, at the 5 Healthy Towns offices located at the Chelsea Wellness Center, 14800 E Old US-12.
You can pick up your order between 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Market volunteers will wear masks and observe proper social distancing while delivering orders and collecting payments from customers, which must be made with exact cash, credit card, or SNAP/DUFB.

I look to the Chelsea Farmers Market for fresh food. It’s a bit of a pain to go to the “Open Food Network” page and have to sift through 20 ads for artisan oven mits and greeting cards to find a bunch of carrots. Couldn’t they organize the produce and other food items together so one could actually shop for necessities and not be overwhelmed with chatchkas?
