The Chelsea High School choir plans to celebrate Christmas with “Wassail,” the group’s annual holiday event on Dec. 15 at the high school from 6-9 p.m.

“This event gives our choir members a chance to perform their favorite holiday songs as individuals, duets and larger groups,” said Steve Hinz, choir director, in a press release.

Tickets are $5 and can be purchased here www.chelseachoirs.com or at the door.

“The event is for the entire family during which guests will enjoy a casual, strolling evening that’s filled with songs, refreshments, classic celebration, beautiful surroundings and a combination of light entertainment and a formal concert finale,” according to information about the event.

“And the evening’s farewell concert is a festive holiday treat that truly showcases the talent that we have in Chelsea, and is sure to warm the hearts of everyone here,” Hinz said.
