By Lisa Carolin

The Chelsea Human Rights Commission unanimously approved its 2025 Plan as amended.

That vote occurred at the HRC’s April 2 meeting, and the proposed 2025 plan will now go on Chelsea City Council’s April 7 agenda for approval.

The HRC also accepted its annual report for the 2024/2025 year.

Also discussed was the possibility of the city recognizing May as Jewish American Heritage Month on the suggestion of a Chelsea resident.

Jacquelyn Bullerman was absent from the meeting.

The next regularly scheduled HRC meeting will be on May 7 at 7 p.m.
