The Chelsea JV football team defeated Jackson by a score of 27-20.
Nate Christian threw for 200 yards and three touchdowns. Jimmy Sciackatano caught all three scores including the game winner with 2 minutes left in the game. Ethan Povlich added a touchdown run.
Ethan Collins made big plays on both sides of the ball and Myles Bieber sealed the game with an interception.
“We again really struggled at the start of the game and we had 3 turnovers, which is unacceptable, but the kids played hard on a really hot day and found a way to win,” said coach Dennis Strzyzewski.
