Last weekend, five Chelsea Key Club members attended the Michigan District of Key Club’s Service Leadership Conference at the Marriot Eagle Crest. It was a Hollywood themed weekend, titled “Lights, Camera, Service”.
The event welcomed over 300 students from across the state for a weekend full of leadership, service, and fellowship.
Two of our outstanding students, Amy and Anastasia, stepped into the spotlight and campaigned for district leadership positions, Amy for Lieutenant Governor in Division 11, and Anastasia for District Secretary. We are thrilled that Amy won her campaign. We are proud that both students displayed an eagerness to serve the district, and hope that Anastasia will pursue a future district leadership position.
During the weekend, students enjoyed engaging workshops, met with Key clubbers from around the state, and even took part in evening dances. It was an unforgettable experience that enhanced their leadership skills and passion for service.
