At a recent meeting, Chelsea Kiwanis Club members packed some items to be distributed to unhoused folks in the area. Gloves, blankets, toiletries, water, and food items were included.
Our club members spent the day after Thanksgiving ringing the bell at Polly’s for the Salvation Army. Thanks to the generosity of Chelsea community members, $1,129.80 was donated. In addition, the Ann Arbor Kiwanis Foundation will double that amount.
Our Annual Mixed Nut and Chocolate Sale continues. We will be at the Farmers Market at the Depot on Sunday, Dec. 14.
