Both the JV and varsity lacrosse teams were back in action on Monday, April 3.

The varsity squeaked out a 9-8 overtime victory against the Brighton Varsity B team, on a game winner by junior Kyle Mitchell.

On April 5, both teams hosted Ann Arbor Skyline. The JV came out with a 7-3 victory on a well-balanced performance.  Sophomore Lucas King had a goal and two assists.

The varsity team played a close game though penalties may have been the difference with the Dogs spending 8-1/2 minutes in the penalty box. They led 5-3 at the half though came out with an 8-6 loss after being outscored 5-1 in the third and fourth quarters.

On Monday, April 8, both teams hosted Battle Creek Harper Creek. he JV lost 7-3 though played a tough game and were never really out of it.

The varsity again had penalty problems and lost 11-3, never really getting it going offensively or defensively.

On Wednesday, both teams were back in action and hosting Holt. The JV team played hard and had a good showing from the attack line, which was led by Hayden Hoffman and his two goals. They ended up losing 8-4.

The varsity, down four starters, could not stop the Holt offense.  The offensive was let by junior Aidan Boote and his 3 goals and 1 assist.

The JV is off Friday and the varsity hosts Pinckney at 7 p.m. It is Future Bulldog Night and the middle school team will be joining the varsity for a team meal then be introduced at halftime.
