The Beach Middle School wrestling team traveled to Tecumseh to wrestle Tecumseh and Saline last Tuesday.
Wyatt Holzhausen had a great afternoon winning both of his matches including a close 6-5 win over his opponent from Tecumseh. Another close match was won by Lucas Federico 7-3 against his opponent from Tecumseh. Enzo Buffamonte, who was a late addition to the wrestling team, won his first ever wrestling match against his opponent from Saline.
Other wrestlers to win at least one match were Austin Wetzel, Landon Scripter, Gerry Valchine, Patrick Rossow, Otis Spike, Johnathan Price, Cole Brazitis, Alex Grifka, TJ Anderson, Austin Coy, Felipe Adam-Rita, Mason Collins, DJ Gnass, Jacob Tucker, Sam Kneffel, Nicholas Adam-Rita, Matheus Adam-Rita, Kaine Vargo, Felix Zemper, Ross Perales, Noah Lesser, and Kellen Brandt.
